80gm jar of traditional za'atar mix with za'atar (thyme) from Jericho. This is a delicious mixture of shade-dried thyme, sumac, toasted sesame seeds, olive oil and salt which is traditionally used as a seasoning for breads, baked dishes, salads and cheese.
