HOW
TO ORDER
As it is difficult to guarantee supplies of items from the
West Bank
and
Gaza
, please do not simply send an order
with cheque unless you allow us to substitute if some item is out of
stock.
Recommended
procedure: Telephone, email or post an order to Hadeel.
You can do this
either:
- by
using the order form and
email it
to info@hadeel.org
- as
an attachment. (You
can download the form from this website;
it
is available as
MS
Excel If you have
trouble, please phone or email us.)
- or
simply by listing all the information and sending to us.
Please include code number, quantity, description and any other
relevant information, e.g. colour or size.
- Tell
us if you will accept a substitute for any item and by when the goods
are needed.
We
will then inform you of the amount due, including postage.
HOW
TO PAY
Individuals

- Sending
a cheque (with your bank card number on the back) payable to Hadeel,

stock. We will dispatch your
goods within one week of receiving payment. Prices
include VAT.

NOTES
ABOUT PRODUCTS
The photos on this website and items on the order form are only some of items we stock in our Edinburgh
shop. Please ask about larger,
more expensive items such as waistcoats/vests, shawls, cushion covers, olive wood
pieces, and books. Embroidered
products in the main are washable; the thread is DMC which will not fade
or run. Wash as wool, with cool
water.
Measurements are in centimetres, giving first the length
(horizontal) then the height (vertical).
Colours: use first letter,
e.g. R = red, G = green; but note B = blue, Bl = black, Br = brown.
The slash / means ‘on’, as R/Bl means red embroidery on black
material; B/W=blue on white.
Size of
embroidered items may vary slightly because each piece is hand made and
finished. Counted cross stitch
means finished size depends on the density of the weave of the fabric.
It is not always possible to get materials woven at consistently
the same tightness.
