Want to roll your sleeves up and get your hands into action and make a delicious dinner?
You are warmly invited to our virtual event on the 28th October at 7pm. This will be in support of Palcrafts and Hadeel to continue to provide ‘Trade, not Aid’ to Palestinian families .
We will learn how to make two Palestinian dishes- a main course, Mujaddara, and a side dish, Dagga.
All you need is to prepare the following ingredients:
- Olive oil (Palestinian for best taste!)
- 7 onions
- 1 tin can of lentils
- ¾ cup of rice
- ¼ cup of Capellini
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 Tomatoes
- A bunch of fresh dill
- 5 chillies
- Spices: salt, pepper, hint of cinnamon and cumin
