Saied musically expresses reality, as he sees it, in this album ‘The Small Things.’ Drawing from his personal experience living amongst two different cultures, he shares the profound, yet seemingly simple, thoughts behind things he believes are often overlooked but ultimately give life its vibrant colours.
Saied is joined by a number of renowned musicians: clarinet and nai master Mohamed Najem, percussionist and composer Bernhard Schimpelsberger, pianist Meg Morley, and bassist Tom Mason, forming a unique quintet of artists and sounds bound to be mesmerizing.
