Percy’s Bakery produces gourmet Florentines designed to put a modern spin on a confectionary classic.
They do this using fairtrade chocolate and the artisanal florentines are handcrafted and hand-finished in small batches at their Somerset facility.

Creamy pistachio white chocolate layered with a homemade raspberry caramel, topped with roasted almonds, pistachios, freeze dried raspberries and juicy sultanas.
DARK CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY
Rich and decadent fairtrade dark chocolate layered with a homemade caramel, topped with roasted almonds, juicy cherries and sultanas.
DARK CHOCOLATE AND GINGER
55% fairtrade rich dark chocolate layered with homemade spice ginger caramel and topped with roasted flaked almonds, sultanas, stem ginger, candied orange and lemon peel.
